Description

Transport Authority - Ajman welcomes all licensed and qualified suppliers, and invites them to register with it so that they can work with the authority on an ongoing basis.

Service Procedures

  • Step 1 Fill out the supplier online registration form, attach the documents and submit the request.
  • Step 2 Receive an approval notification and the number of the supplier registered with the Transport Authority by e-mail.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Procurement Department should be notified by an official letter if there are any amendments to the company information, such as the trade name, bank data, or contact information.
  • The company / establishment is not owned by one of the Authority’s employees, and there is no first or second degree kinship of the owner or partners with one of the employees of the Transport Authority - Ajman.
  • The supplier provides his services to the transport authority after receiving the purchase order, and if necessary, after signing the contract.
  • The supplier delivers the imports according to the period specified in the purchase order.
  • The supplier provides a bank guarantee for any advance payments.
