Coffee & Idea" Initiative by Ajman Transport

 

Ajman Transport Authority organized an initiative titled **"Coffee & Idea"**, aimed at engaging all employees in presenting and discussing their ideas to enhance transport services in the emirate. The initiative took place at the **Innovation Corner** at the Authority’s headquarters, with the participation of employees and under the management of the Innovation Team.  

 

As part of the initiative, an **interactive session** was held to collect employees' ideas and display them digitally on the Authority's screens. Employees were directly asked selected transport-related questions, sparking discussions and gathering innovative solutions.  

 

The session featured ideas focused on improving the Authority’s operations and work environment, as well as enhancing sustainable transport solutions. Key topics included the **use of drones** for transportation and delivery, the development of **innovative services** to facilitate customer experience, and the **integration of artificial intelligence** into transport operations.
