Description

Providing all types of mechanical maintenance required, periodic maintenance, precautionary and preventive maintenance works (electricity and air conditioning), repairing and painting car bodies damaged by road accidents, in addition to repair and replacement of tires and car wash service.

Service Procedures

  • Step 1 Inspection of the vehicle by the inspector of the institution and estimate the value of repair (insurance)
  • Step 2 Send the incident file for approval (insurance) or the customer
  • Step 3 Make a maintenance request on the system - insurance - personnel and initiate maintenance work
  • Step 4 Completing maintenance work and issuing a final invoice
  • Step 5 Payment of the repair bill or delivery to the customer (contracts) and delivery of the vehicle
